1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be fulfilled.

4.2 Other Bonuses

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. A bonus is not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

299bt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified as early as reasonably possible if any ongoing offer is changed.

5 Game Rules and Fair Use

5.1 Game Integrity

It is the responsibility of every member to maintain integrity in all games and betting activities on the 299bt platform. Using any software assistance, bots, or automated methods to play is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Collusion and Fraud

Coordinating play across multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting any technical error is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

5.3 Technical Errors

If any transaction is cancelled due to server issues or technical errors, 299bt will refund the amount of the bet concerned. However, any transaction made by exploiting a technical error will not be considered valid.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

The 299bt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. For example, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would earn ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on active participation and activity on the platform. 299bt will notify members in advance of any changes to VIP benefit terms.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
